Sunflower Montessori Crèche has an immediate vacancy for a full-time Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate should have 3 years’ or more experience in an HR role. Fluent English is essential with French, Luxembourgish, and/or German being a distinct advantage. A knowledge of Luxembourg labour law is required.

Sunflower employs around 90 staff in its various facilities in Luxembourg. Reporting to the MD the HR manager will work together with the line managers to ensure the best possible human resource management.

The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment. Operating in a regulated sector demands a thorough understanding of legally required qualifications for specific roles as well as a knowledge of the equivalency and recognition processes. Relevant experience would be seen as an asset.

The new HR manager would be tasked with putting in place a lean performance management system. Relevant experience would again be seen as an advantage. The HR manager will have overall responsibility for payroll and will work together with the line management and external fiduciary.
