The Manager of Sunflower Eagle : Viktorija
My name is Viktorija and I am delighted to welcome you to Sunflower Montessori Eagle. I have been the manager here since 2020. Working with the children is both exciting and challenging. It is a never-ending learning process. There’s no time for monotony or boredom.
Every day is different and unique. Our multicultural team is there to give the best care for your little ones, to guide them, and provide valuable assistance on their journey called “life”. The educators at Sunflower Montessori Eagle are special because of their intelligent creativity, patience and undivided attention to the needs of each child. They are proud of their role and understand the importance of it, therefore they take it very seriously.
What is more, at Sunflower Eagle we all appreciate the diversity of the nationalities of our children and their parents. As Maria Montessori said “The needs of mankind are universal. Our means of meeting them create the richness and diversity of the planet. The Montessori child should come to relish the texture of that diversity”.
The Montessori approach is all about the intelligence and independence of a child, rather than making him or her simply learn things, and that is why we all strongly believe in it.
